Packaging
Every item purchased has a small makers mark stamp on the back, and is tied with a small tag with a heat branded insignia of this mark (burned in with a handmade branding iron) . Unless otherwise noted in the checkout instructions, each piece is lovingly gift wrapped in butcher's paper, hemp twine, and a pine sprig snipped from right outside my studio, whether it is a gift for yourself or for another, it's a gift fun to unwrap!
Shipping
We offer a flat rate USPS shipping of $7 on all orders shipping in the United States. Stock items will ship within 2-5 business days. Wholesale Orders typically ship within 3 - 4 weeks, depending on the size of the order. We will email you tracking information when your item(s) ship.
All orders within the Continental US are shipped via USPS and will be carefully packaged. Packages valued at 800 or more require a signature and will be insured. We highly recommend that the address you use to ship to is a secure location to receive packages. If you would like ‘signature upon delivery’ service or any other special shipping notes, please add them to the ‘notes’ section in checkout. We are not responsible for packages that tracking shows as delivered but for some reason not received.
International shipping can take longer due to customs and various other postal concerns, but we offer a flat rate of $45 for insured USPS Priority international shipping (we are covering the other half for shipping to get it ALL the way to you safely and more affordably, but any local fees to receive is customers responsibility, or discuss with us).
Note that all packaging and paper we use is made from recycled materials to ease effect on environment as much as possible.
Returns
We are very picky about the quality of our products and each piece is unique and will be subtly different than any other, even of the same type of item. We do our best to photograph some of the typical variances. Please contact us with any questions or concerns before placing your orders and we will do our best to answer and clarify! If you have any questions on performance after you have purchased, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right. Thank you.
