Brass and forged steel server and knife set designed for wedding cake cutting traditions. The server has a flexible brass blade with slightly sharpened edges that can work on its own. The knife has a more rigid blade, with a thin taper across the whole blade for easy slicing. The blade alone is about 8" long. Price is for the set of one server and one knife.
