Hand forged steel handle riveted with brass pins to a brass blade. Steel is seasoned like a cast iron pan for darkness and finish durability. Brass blade is thin and springy, but durable - tested for a good slice and serve. Think of rewarding yourself, or treating someone to a special way to serve the cake at their birthday and wedding!
